LOTO Training (Lock Out – Tag Out) – Training Course ONLINE

Registration

Purpose

Many workplace injuries and fatalities occur because equipment is not properly isolated before maintenance, repair, cleaning, or other activities that expose personnel to hazardous energy. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) is a critical safety procedure used to isolate equipment from energy sources and prevent unexpected start-up, energization, or the release of stored energy while work is being carried out. This course introduces participants to safe LOTO practices and explains how they are applied in conjunction with permit-to-work systems when required.
