♦ How do I receive my certificate?

After successfully completing your course, you will need to provide us with your full name, date of birth, photograph, and other required details. Please follow the instructions provided in the automated email received after course completion.

♦ Is there a time limit to complete the online e-learning course?

No. Our online courses are self-paced, allowing you to study and progress according to your own schedule. You can start, pause, and continue your training at any time within 365 days from the enrollment date.

♦ What standards and qualifications are the courses based on?

Our maritime training programs are developed under a Quality Management System certified by the Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS) according to ISO 9001:2015 and are delivered in compliance with the requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006. For selected courses, we aim to align our training approach with OPITO and GWO procedures (not officially approved). All courses are developed and delivered by maritime professionals with extensive industry experience since 1998.
